I, Hon Amber-Jade Sanderson, Minister for Environment, acting pursuant to section 18 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (“the Act”), delegate to the holder for the time being of the office of the Executive Director, Environmental Protection Authority Services, Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all my powers and duties under section 38I of the Act. Pursuant to section 59(2) of the Interpretation Act 1984 the delegation of the powers referred to in the sections of the Act listed above shall be deemed to include the delegation of any duty incidental thereto or connected therewith. Pursuant to section 18 of the Act and section 59(1)(e) of the Interpretation Act 1984, Delegation no. 128 of 2017 dated 24 June 2017 and published in the Gazette on 4 July 2017 and Delegation No. 48 dated 12 October 2021 are revoked.
