Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Brian Peter Byass, who died on 27 August 2025, are required by the joint Executors, Robert William Warren and Jeanette Susan Poustie, to send particulars of their claims by 18 July 2026. After this date, the Executors may distribute assets considering only claims of which they have notice.
