Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Malcolm Donald McWaters are required by the joint Executors, Janette Leah Leete and Donald James McWaters, to send particulars of their claims to them by 22 July 2026. After this date, the Executors may convey or distribute assets having regard only to claims of which they have notice.
