Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Tudor John Evans, who died on 16 February 2026, are required by the Executors (Trevor Andrew McCarthy, Adrian Evan McCarthy, John Peter McCarthy, and Brian Richard Gibbon) to send particulars of their claims to Lark Lawyers by 1 September 2026. After this date, assets may be distributed with regard only to claims of which the Executors have notice.
