In the estate of Melissa Jayne Knight late of 70a Third Avenue, Bassendean in the State of Western Australia, Deputy Principal, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 May 2024, are required by the administrator, Emily Jayne Piggott, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989, to send particulars of their claims to her at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
