The Consumer Goods (Aquatic Toys) Safety Standard 2026 is published under section 21 of the Fair Trading Act 2010. This instrument, made by Dr Andrew Leigh, Assistant Minister for Productivity, Competition, Charities and Treasury, sets out safety requirements for aquatic toys, including definitions, compliance standards, and warning formatting requirements. It repeals the Consumer Goods (Aquatic Toys) Safety Standard 2020.
