Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice number MA402 published in the Government Gazette on 19 February 2016 and limit the speed of motorised vessels to eight (8) knots within the following area—perth water: All waters of the Swan River bounded by a line commencing at 31°57.612′S, 115°51.725′E (on the foreshore approx. 220 metres east of the West Australian Rowing Club boatshed). This notice does not apply to seaplanes whilst taking off and landing within Perth Waters south of Riverside Drive.
