Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Dorothy Ada Lance, who died on 4th May 2026, are required by the executor, Rhonda Forrest, to send particulars of their claims within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice. After this date, the executor may convey or distribute assets having regard only to claims of which she has notice.
