Made by the commissioner of soil and land conservation. This instrument may be cited as the merredin land conservation district (appointment of members) instrument 2019. Under section 23(2b) of the act and clause 4(1) of the soil and land conservation (merredin land conservation district) order 2007, graeme lindsay whitehead of merredin is appointed to the land conservation district committee for the merredin land conservation district.
