Pursuant to regulation 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, notice MA402 published in the Government Gazette on 23 April 2013 is cancelled and the speed of all motorized vessels is restricted to 5 knots in Thomson Bay-South, Rottnest Island. This notice does not apply to seaplanes that hold permission from Rottnest Island Authority only whilst taking off and landing within the specified area.
