Notice Text
Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 539 of the mental health act 2014. This order may be cited as the mental health (authorised mental health practitioners) order (no. 7) 2020. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2βon the day on which this order is published in the gazette; clause 3βon the day after that day. The mental health practitioners specified in schedule 1 to this order are designated as authorised mental health practitioners.
