Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 539 of the mental health act 2014. This order may be cited as the mental health (authorised mental health practitioners) revocation order (no. 8) 2020. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) clause 3—on the day after that day. The designation, as an authorised mental health practitioner of the mental health practitioners specified in schedule 1 to this order is revoked.
