These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004. The State Administrative Tribunal Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2021 come into operation as follows — regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal; the rest of the regulations on the day Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2019 section 84 comes into operation.
