Declares specified vessels as emergency vessels and exempts them from certain notices under the Western Australian Marine Act 1982.

Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 to be emergency vessels, with specifications in Schedule 2; and exempts the Schedule 1 vessels from notices made under section 66 and 67 of the act, subject to the conditions in Schedule 3. This instrument revokes the previous instrument NWR-2018-202151 dated 29 January 2018.
