The Minister for Works hereby delegates, pursuant to section 113 of the Act, to the persons for the time being holding or acting in the offices of General Manager, Operations and Deputy Director General, Buildings and Contracts of the Department of Finance, all of its powers and duties under section 112 of the Act. This Delegation does not revoke any Delegation or Authorisation not expressly referred to in this Notice.
