Authorises Department of Finance officers to sign formal agreements on behalf of the Minister for Works up to specified values.

The Minister for Works authorises persons holding offices described in Column 1 of the attached Schedule to sign formal Instruments of agreement for the Minister for Works up to the values stated in Column 2. The Authorisation from the Minister for Works dated 1 May 2019, published in the Government Gazette dated 7 May 2019 at page 1368, is revoked. This Authorisation does not revoke any Delegation or Authorisation not expressly referred to in this Notice.
