Authorises specified office holders to sign formal instruments of agreement for the Minister for Works up to certain values.

The Minister for Works authorises persons holding offices described in Column 1 of the attached Schedule to sign formal Instruments of agreement for the Minister for Works up to the values stated in Column 2. The Authorisation from the Minister for Works dated 1 May 2019, published in the Government Gazette dated 7 May 2019 at page 1368, is revoked. This Authorisation does not revoke any Delegation or Authorisation not expressly referred to in this Notice.
