The Minister for Works delegates power to the Deputy Director General, Buildings and Contracts, to act on behalf of the Minister for Works in respect of the Insurance Bank Account, as defined in, created and maintained pursuant to specified agreements and leases related to the Old Treasury Building. The Delegation from the Minister for Works dated 2 May 2017 is revoked. This Delegation does not revoke any Delegation or Authorisation not expressly referred to in this Notice.
