The council of the Town of Bassendean resolved on 31 March 2020 to make the following local law: Town of Bassendean Animals, Environment, Nuisance and Pests Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. The Town of Bassendean Health Local Law 2001 is amended as specified.
