The council of the Town of Bassendean resolved on 25 February 2020 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law provides the rules for the conduct of meetings of the council, committees and electors. It comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
