Order made by the Governor in Executive Council under the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 section 9(1)(a) constituting a water reserve called the Country Heights Estate Water Reserve. The boundaries are defined by reference to the coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan DWERT1847 and shown outlined in bold on that plan.
