Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 3 December 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 28 December 2012 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 2 December 2024.
