It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Canning Town Planning Scheme amendment on 2 February 2019 for the purpose of amending Table 3—Zone Table to change the land use permissibility of “Motor Vehicle Wash” in the “Shopping” zone from “X” to “D”, and other amendments to clauses and tables.
