Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close the following area of water to swimming between 6:00pm and 8:30pm on tuesday 12 december 2017— hall park, mandurah. area of closure: All the waters within a 100 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 32° 31.901′s, 115° 42.870′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
