Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 september 2022, are required by the personal representative joan elizabeth dreyer and bernard thomas reidy of c/- perth legal collective pty ltd of [contact details redacted] 6100, to send particulars of their claims to them by 12 september 2023, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they has then been given notice.
