Sandra Lee Weiss late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 September 2022, are required by the personal representative Barbara Genevieve Piper of c/- Perth Legal Collective Pty Ltd of [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to her by 4 April 2023, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she has then been given notice.
