State Administrative Tribunal Amendment Regulations 2018
Amends the state administrative tribunal regulations 2004 regarding fair trading and retirement villages.

These regulations are the state administrative tribunal amendment regulations 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the state administrative tribunal regulations 2004. In schedule 6 delete the item relating to the fair trading (retirement villages code) regulations 2015 and insert: fair trading (retirement villages interim code) regulations 2018 schedule 1 clause 22(3)
