Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming between the hours of 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Saturday 9th November 2019— Geraldton Port. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
