Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 january 2024, are required by the executor, susan ann capewell of 22 lilian avenue, armadale in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them at hfm legal, po box 1 maddington, wa 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
