Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 january 2019, are required by the trustees, michael peter barbarich and ante zorotovic of care of frichot lawyers, level 1, manning buildings, 135 high street mall, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to them by 15 june 2020, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
