Amends the petroleum products pricing regulations 2000 by inserting Northam under local government districts and deleting Wundowie under localities and Northam under town sites.

These regulations are the petroleum products pricing amendment regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the petroleum products pricing regulations 2000. In schedule 1 under the heading “local government districts” insert in alphabetical order: northam. In schedule 1 under the heading “localities” delete “wundowie”. In schedule 1 under the heading “townsites” delete “northam”.
