Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Nannup resolved on 24 August 2017 to make the following local law. This local law is cited as the Shire of Nannup Repeal Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The following local laws are hereby repealed: The Municipality of the Shire of Nannup By-Laws Relating to the Nannup Public Cemetery (Reserve 9313) and Shire of Nannup Refuse Site Local Laws.
Related notices
Requires landowners in the Shire of Nannup to undertake fire prevention work.
Prohibits burning of garden refuse and open air cooking/camping fires within the Shire of Nannup during the prohibited burning period.
Appoints Rosalyn Edwards as an authorised officer and fire control officer for the Shire of Nannup.
Approves the Shire of Nannup Local Planning Scheme amendment to modify provisions in Schedule 4 for Special Use ‘SU12’.
