Notice is hereby given under section 10a(6)(b) of the act that the scheme hereinafter set forth was approved by the attorney general on 8 march 2018. Scheme: 1. The terms of the charitable trust established by the will of john willis dated 23 march 1949 be varied as follows— (a) by deleting the words— “wooroloo sanatorium” and substituting in lieu thereof the following words— “north metropolitan health service for the tuberculosis control program”.
