Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel notice MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 10 August 2021 and hereby set aside the following area of water for the purpose of parasailing, water skiing and speed boat racing for commercial vessels and vessels participating in an approved aquatic event under Regulation 51C of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958.
