In the estate of Brian Joseph Hernon late of Aegis Melville, 1 French Road, Melville in the State of Western Australia, courier, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 February 2023, are required by the Administrator, Marianne Margaret Polkinghorne of 28 Grassbird Loop, Yangebup in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
