It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Bayswater Town Planning Scheme amendment on 22 February 2022 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lot 171, 411 Guildford Road, Bayswater from ‘Public Purpose—Religious Institute’ to ‘Medium and High Density Residential R17.5/30’. 2. Amending the Scheme map accordingly.
