It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the city of bayswater town planning scheme amendment on 4 july 2019 for the purpose of— 1. reclassifying 1256448 shown as lots 500 and 501 on draft deposited plan 412539 wyatt road, bayswater from local scheme reserve ‘no zone’ to ‘medium and high density residential r25’ zone as depicted on the scheme amendment map.
