Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Local Planning Scheme No. 9. This local planning scheme comes into operation of the day it is published in the Gazette. The following local planning schemes are revoked— Town Planning Scheme No. 7: Kununurra and Environs, gazetted 19 January 2001; and Town Planning Scheme No. 6: Wyndham Townsite, gazetted 21 January 1994. The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme.
