These regulations amend the Electricity Corporations (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) Regulations 2013. Regulation 3 is amended to replace “section 52(2)” with “section 54(2)”. Regulation 31 is amended regarding the Auditor General's report to the board of the EGRC, the Authority, and Parliament.
