These regulations amend the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2020. Regulation 127 is amended to insert the definition of 'emergency declaration'. Regulation 129 is amended regarding fares and charges prohibited in certain declared emergencies. Regulation 129A is inserted regarding exempt areas in relation to emergency declarations.
