Notice is hereby given for public information that the following persons have been appointed as registration officers under the provision of the dog act 1976 and the cat act 2011 for the city of nedlands, effective 17 october 2019— anthea arlow, ann lee-steere, diana avery-jones, jack hynam.

Adopts Health Local Law fees for the City of Nedlands for 2026-2027, to be implemented from September 14, 2026.
Exempts City of Nedlands from insurance obligations under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, except for industrial diseases.
Appoints Chaminda Mendis as an authorised officer for the City of Nedlands under the Local Government Act 1995 and the City of Nedlands Waste Local Law 2016, and cancels the appointment of Glen Carroll.
