I, tom griffiths, being delegated by the minister of the crown to whom the administration of the local government act 1995 is committed by the governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.29 of that act, hereby, and with effect from 24 october 2024, determine that the determination of shire of ashburton, schedule p, made on 26 november 2018, as published in the government gazette 1 march 2019 is no longer applicable.
