Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 february 2019, are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate, being susan gawned and elizabeth joan gawned, both care of summers legal, [contact details redacted] 6005, to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
