I, richard john rogerson, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby declare the land described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978.
