Subsections 7(1) and (2) of the act do not apply to part of lot 558 on deposited plan 404609 that does not comprise lot 2002 on deposited plan 414942; and that part of lot 1008 on deposited plan 403881 that does not comprise lot 2008 on deposited plan 414942. For the purposes of the metropolitan region scheme the land specified in (a) and (b) above is reserved for “parks and recreation”.
