I, Peter Woronzow, in my capacity as Acting Commissioner of Main Roads, hereby make an Order in accordance with Section 40 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012, to provide an access approval for Controlled Access Buses, subject to the conditions specified in this order. This authorisation takes effect on the day that it is published. A Controlled Access Bus may be driven on any road within the state of Western Australia.
