Notice is given that on 18 april 2023, the governor, acting under section 168 of the act and with the advice and consent of executive council, ordered that the exemption given to westpac financial consultants limited under section 164 be revoked. This revocation ensures westpac financial consultants limited is no longer part of westpac banking corporation's exempt employer approval.
