In the estate of Eileen Patricia Vaughan late of Sunshine Park Nursing Home, 10 Brady Close, Lesmurdie in the State of Western Australia, Private Secretary, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 January 2021, are required by the executor, Trevor Butler Vaughan c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989, to send particulars of their claims to him at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
