Enacts the Town of Port Hedland Dogs Local Law 2021 to regulate dog ownership and management within the district.

The council of the Town of Port Hedland resolved on 24 November 2021 to make the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Town of Port Hedland Dogs Local Law 2021 and comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It repeals the Town of Port Hedland Local Law (Dogs) as published on 2 October 1998, and as amended on 26 February 1999.
