The Minister for Planning has granted approval to the declaration of a Planning Control Area (PCA) over land for Stock Road, Bullsbrook as shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plans number 1.7967, 1.7968 and 1.7969. The purpose of the PCA is for widening and upgrading of Stock Road. The declaration remains in effect for a period of five years from the date of publication of this notice or until revoked by the WAPC with approval by the Minister, whichever is the sooner.
