The Minister for Planning has granted approval to the declaration of Planning Control Area 186, as shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan numbered 3.2856. Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Planning has approved the revocation of Planning Control Area 150, pursuant to section 113 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. Planning Control Area 186 is intended to protect land identified for the Bullsbrook Intermodal Transport Facility.
